I'm Josemar Neves, an electronics and telecommunications technician and developer based in Luanda, Angola. I work at the intersection of hardware and software: on one side, Arduino and ESP32 projects (sensors, automation, and embedded systems); on the other, web development with Django, Flask, and PostgreSQL, with projects deployed to production on Vercel.
